How Do I Combine Multiple Cells in Excel? Concatenate

Have you ever had to compare two sets of data, like names. The first set of names is all in the same column, but the second set has the first name in one column and the last name in another column. Ugh! You’ve got all the data in Excel, but it can’t be compared the way it is. Both sets of data need to be in the same column.

Guess what?! There’s a quick and easy way to get it all in the same column. YES!!!

The formula to use is call “Concatenate”.
